Acute & Chronic Kidney Disease

Comprehensive workup and staged management of CKD — eGFR monitoring, proteinuria assessment, renal-protective strategies, and timely preparation for renal replacement therapy when required.

Dialysis & Transplantation

Pre-dialysis education, haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis initiation across five units, ongoing dialysis management, and pre- and post-transplant assessment and care coordination.

Hypertension & Renovascular Disease

Resistant and secondary hypertension workup, renovascular disease assessment, renal artery imaging interpretation, and comprehensive cardiorenal risk reduction management.

Glomerulonephritis & Immunology

Renal biopsy interpretation, immunosuppressive therapy initiation and monitoring — IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis, ANCA vasculitis, minimal change disease, and membranous nephropathy.

Diabetic & Metabolic Kidney Disease

Diabetic nephropathy management, SGLT2 inhibitor and GLP-1 optimisation, cardiorenal protection, metabolic bone disease, complex electrolyte disorders, and endocrine disturbances in nephrology.

Pregnancy-related & Geriatric Nephrology

Hypertension and kidney complications in pregnancy, pre-conception counselling for CKD patients, and specialist management of kidney disease in elderly patients including polypharmacy review.

How to Refer

Please include the patient’s current medication list, recent investigations (eGFR, creatinine, urinalysis, relevant imaging), and a brief clinical summary with your main question or concern. Urgent referrals — such as rapidly declining eGFR, hyperkalaemia, or hypertensive emergency — should be clearly flagged and our team will respond within 24 hours.
